The Story: Girard-Perregaux is a high-end Swiss producer of exquisite watches. Its origins date back to 1791, when it was foundered by watchmaker and goldsmith Jean-Francois Bautte. More than sixty years later Constant Girard founder of Girard and Cie and the married Marie Perregaux. Thus, Girard-Perregaux was born in 1856. The company holds approximately eighty patents in the watchmaking domain and has a long history of innovation. The Girard-Perregaux company, for example, was the first to produce a wristwatch for commercial production in 1880. This is a brand that does not get anywhere near as much attention as it should. Both our modern and vintage collections demonstrate that Girard-Perregaux watches are a perfect combination of class, refinement, and luxury.
Every Watch Has a StoryTM is in no way affiliated with Girard-Perregaux and does not claim to be. We simply love their products and make them available to our customers who enjoy surrounding themselves with the best of the best.
